There are 13 Japanese-owned auto suppliers in the Findlay area alone. This session will focus on the experiences and insights of Japanese executives managing Ohio companies. The panelists will discuss challenges due to cultural differences and how they were addressed. They will also discuss the critical importance of the relationship between their companies and the communities in which they operate. The 2:00 p.m. session will look at some of the same issues from the perspetive of non-Japanese managers.
